Reservations are to be made by: Residents for personal events, NH Reps or delegate for NH Events, and Club President or Delegate for Club Events
To find an available room:
- Log into your Resident account
- From the home page, go to Room Reservations on the left.
- Click on the calendar image with the room schedule.
- This room schedule will show you the times that the rooms are already booked and unavailable.
Making a Room Reservation:
- Log into your Resident account
- From the home page, go to room reservations on the left.
- Click Request A Reservation on the right to start your request.
- This will take you to fillable form about your reservation request.
The following page will show the request you have made. You are welcome to print this if you would like, however, it is not a confirmation that the room has been booked. You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been received:
Within 48-72 hours someone from the Event services department will reach out to you confirming your request with an attached Banquet Event Order or with further questions to find an accommodating room.
Please allow time between events in our set up rooms:
2 hours between events in the Social Center
1.5 hours between event in the Lonestar Room at the Retreat Center
1 hour between events in the Florence and Georgetown rooms at the Cowan Creek Amenity Center
